As a slow fashion brand we don't overproduce but rather keep a limited stock in order to reduce waste, hence the shipping of our printed products may take up to 4-5 business days. Products without print are generally available and may be shipped faster.

- free shipping on orders from 250 PLN in Poland or 150 EUR in the rest of EU countries

- once your order is shipped, you will get a confirmation email with a tracking number

returns

- you can return purchased products within 14 days from the delivery date

- returns are possible for products in original condition, with no sign of being worn, washed or alterated in any way

- if you wish to return a purchased product, contact us at contact@magconcept.store and we will tell you how to do it

- once your return is validated you will get a full refund within 14 days by the same method you used to pay 

- please note that m a g concept store does not reimburse the return shipping cost
